Novotel Hotel in Naama Bay has been my favourite hotel for many years. The food is absolutely delicious, always fresh, and of excellent quality. The beach is white sandy, with clean sun loungers and towels, and the coral reefs right by the hotel are stunning, teeming with beautiful, large fish. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the reception team—especially the young Russian manager—is exceptionally professional and attentive. The pool is always clean, with bars conveniently located nearby. The hotel is also perfectly situated next to the centre of Sharm, with a palm-lined road leading into the town. The rooms are modern and spotless, with fresh, new bedding and towels provided daily. Without a doubt, it’s the best hotel in the heart of Sharm El Sheikh!

The beach is amazing and has a calm sandy side and a rocky side that is rich of fish and coral reefs. Thanks to Ms. Mona and Mr. Ali in the Palm wing who recommended our family room (4119) which was very close to all the hotel facilities, our stay was very comfy and relaxing. Our kids enjoyed the pool so much and kids’ movie nights. The public relations department represented by Mr. Romani were very keen to respond to all our requests and make our stay as pleasing as possible. We will definitely make it again to Novotel hotel with its spectacular location that is close to all the highlights of Sharm.

Friendly management ,very fast and effective problem solving.friendly , polite staff, friendly waiters, calm location, spacious rooms, close to sea with wonderful corals and sandy beach. Nice food, good variation of products, and plenty of choice also for the vegetarian people.

The gardens, the beach and house reef are fantastic. The room was spacious and quiet with a lovely shower.

Great all inclusive spot. We got a room at the Palm side at the back of the hotel. No sea view but very quiet and a huge balcony. The beach side was a few mins walk away. Nice all inclusive food and a good beach for hotel guests. Convenient location to shops etc. Typical resort entertainment which was fine. All staff very helpful and friendly

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The Palm side garden is full of greenery and birds which we loved. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view from the window. What truly made our stay special was the amazing staff – incredibly kind, helpful, and warm people who created a fantastic atmosphere. We already miss them! The management was supportive and attentive. We had a serious issue during our stay, initially we were neglected by one of the managers, but in the end it was handled and resolved by other managers in a way that made us feel truly cared for. They really go the extra mile to make sure guests are happy and comfortable. The beach nearby is very nice, perfect for relaxing. We also enjoyed the food, beer, and wine. The only thing we didn’t really like were the cocktails, which were disappointing. Overall, we had a nice experience and would gladly come back!

We had the most amazing stay celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday! From start to finish, everything was perfect. We were upgraded by Ali, who went out of his way to make sure our stay was smooth and special. Eesra was also incredible — always checking in on us and even surprising my boyfriend with a birthday cake, which truly made our day! Every part of our experience was 10/10. We felt so well looked after, and the birthday celebration was the cherry on top. The food, service, and cleanliness were all on point. Thank you so much for having us and going above and beyond — none of it goes unnoticed. We had such a memorable time and would highly recommend Novotel to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh!

A wonderful stay, I was at the palm side which is nice and quiet, the beach side is lovely also, with nightly entertainment at the beach bar, perfectly located just a short walk down the promenade to the bustling Naama bay, the beach and palm are across the road from each other, a few minutes walk or you can get a golf cart taxi if you have walking difficulties. The food was great, lots of different choices every night. The staff are all amazing, very attentive, they go above and beyond. Highly recommended. All the pools and beach are very nice and clean and the grounds are perfectly kept. Definitely the best hotel in Naama bay. Highly recommended. Nothing to dislike.

Good territory, not big but nice. Illuminated well. Wonderfull water table show and entertainment at all. Renovated rooms and new restaurant. Food quality. Nice peoples. Comfortable beds.
